We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Student Recruitment Manager to lead student growth across West Africa for our division University Partnership - Europe. This is a high-impact role at the forefront of international education, responsible for driving recruitment performance, strengthening partnerships, and delivering ambitious enrolment targets for Navitas UK and Europe destinations.
You will shape and execute regional recruitment strategies, lead a high-performing team, and represent UPE across schools, agencies, and key education partners. From large-scale events to one-on-one student engagement, you'll play a critical role in converting interest into enrolments and building long-term market success.
What you'll do
Lead and deliver recruitment strategies to achieve ambitious student enrolment targets
Drive growth through agent networks, school partnerships, and direct recruitment channels
Manage, coach, and inspire recruitment teams and agency partners to high performance
Build strong relationships with schools, counsellors, parents, alumni, and key stakeholders
Represent UPE at major recruitment events, fairs, and international engagements
Use data and CRM insights to improve conversion, performance, and decision-making
Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver compelling, market-leading campaigns
Strengthen UPE's brand presence and impact across West Africa
What you bring
5-7+ years' experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management
Proven success in leading teams and delivering recruitment growth targets
Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and recruitment performance metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working with agents, schools, and external education partners
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, international environment
Degree in business, marketing, education, or related field preferred
