Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base.
• The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of real estate sales, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Drive property sales and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and present sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales (management role preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market.
