    Senior Key Account Manager/Sales

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Key Account Manager/Sales professional to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fintech industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Account Management:

    •    Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
    •    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
    •    Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.

    Sales and Business Development:

    •    Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the fintech industry.
    •    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    •    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
    •    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    •    Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies that align with overall business goals.
    •    Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
    •    Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while ensuring client satisfaction.
    •    Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.

    Customer Success:

    •    Work closely with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of solutions.
    •    Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
    •    Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the fintech industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
