Senior Estate Valuer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 8 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- City Lagos Island
- Job Field Construction & Site Engineering , Real Estate
- Salary Range ₦500,000 - ₦750,000/month
Job Summary
- Conduct property inspections to assess condition, features, and value
- Analyze market trends and property sales data to determine valuation
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for residential and commercial properties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on valuation
- Collaborate with real estate agents, investors, and lenders to gather relevant information
- Stay updated with changes in property laws and regulations
- Provide professional advice on property investments and real estate transactions
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt responses
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience as an estate surveyor.
- Must be personable, confident and able to manage multiple projects.
Remuneration
- Very competitive and negotiable.
