    Account Officer

    Operational Responsibilities

    • Process and record daily financial transactions including sales, payments, and receipts.
    • Ensure all transactions are accurately documented and filed.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances.
    • Assist in payroll processing and maintain payroll records accurately.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
    • Collaborate with procurement to monitor and manage inventory records.
    • Conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
    • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
    • Assist in month - end and year - end closing processes.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
    • Respond to financial inquiries from staff and stakeholders promptly.
    • Reconcile daily cash sales and provide accurate reports to the Finance Manager.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years of experience.

    Inventory Officer

    Operational Responsibilities

    • Receive materials from vendors according to approved purchase orders.
    • Inspect supplies for quality, quantity, condition, and specifications.
    • Categorize and store items in appropriate locations.
    • Ensure proper care, preservation, and arrangement of store items.
    • Conduct periodic stock-taking, inventory reporting, and stock verification.
    • Maintain tidiness and safety of the store.
    • Issue materials based on approved requisitions.
    • Process invoices and supporting documents for the Accountant.
    • Dispose of expired or damaged stock following company procedure.
    • Keep all store documents accurate and updated.
    • Generate and submit reports and reconciliations on time.
    • Suggest improvements to inventory processes and policies.
    • Resolve complaints on product quality or service related to inventory.
    • Support monthly report computation.
    • Monitor stock movement from receipt to utilization to ensure accuracy.
    • Follow up with vendors and government agencies when necessary.
    • Handle refunds and exchanges professionally.
    • Verify and reconcile open market purchases.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
