The role requires a basic understanding of the financial sector with an emphasis on services/offerings in the retail and commercial space and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
Design, create, and implement sales and marketing strategies
Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
Establish and maintain good customer relationships
Meet revenue targets Conduct detailed market research to identify selling opportunities and understand customer needs.
Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to listen to their requirements, wishes, and concerns.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on our products and services tailored to meet client needs.
Regularly create reviews and reports with sales and financial data to inform strategy adjustments.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales demonstrations, maintaining readiness for potential sales opportunities.
Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences, participating actively to promote our offerings.
Skillfully negotiate and close deals, efficiently handling any complaints or objections to secure business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve superior results through a unified approach.
Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our offerings.
Required Skills and Experiences
2-3 proven years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner with a strong passion for sales.
Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach.
Strong aptitude in delivering attractive and persuasive presentations.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
