    Sales Manager - Soybeans, Soya Meal & Soya Oil (Crude & Refined)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire and onboard buyers and processors of soybeans, soya meal, and soya oil.
    • Present product offerings and manage KYC and account setup.
    • Build and maintain client relationships through regular field visits.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and grow the customer base.
    • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
    • 1–3 years’ experience in agri-sales, client servicing, or B2B sales.
    • Strong network among oil mills, feed manufacturers, traders, and agro-industrial buyers (advantage).
    • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required (local languages a plus).
