    Sales Executive – Wholesales & Open Market (Beverage) - Nasarawa

    About the Role

    • We are seeking passionate and resultsdriven Sales Executives – Wholesales & Open Market to drive product sales, distribution, and visibility across key open markets in Nasarawa State.
    • The ideal candidates will have strong experience in the beverage industry, a deep understanding of openmarket dynamics, and established relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, and major retailers within Lafia

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
    • Build and maintain longterm relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and openmarket retailers.
    • Ensure effective product visibility, availability, and display across assigned territories.
    • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate pricing and trade terms, and close deals successfully.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
    • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
    • Execute inmarket activations, product samplings, and promotional initiatives to boost awareness.
    • Track and report daily sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
    • Gather customer and market feedback to drive product and service improvements.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in wholesale or openmarket sales within the beverage industry.
    • Must reside in or be very familiar with Lafia (Nasarawa) markets.
    • Strong existing network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned locations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Selfmotivated, resultoriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
    • Solid understanding of market trends, pricing dynamics, and consumer purchasing behaviour.
