Sales Executive - Rivers at Money in Minutes

Role Overview:

• As a Sales Executive, you will identify, engage and onboard medium to large organisations onto the WageX platform.
• You will be responsible for building relationships with HR leaders, Finance executives and business decision-makers, presenting the value of WageX, and converting prospects into long-term corporate partners.
• This role is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals and earning uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new corporate clients within your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance and Executive decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of the WageX solution.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
• Consistently achieve monthly business development targets.
• Represent the MIM Finance and WageX brands professionally.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales.
• Experience selling financial services, fintech, HR solutions, payroll services, insurance or other enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• A self-driven, target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Existing relationships with corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
