CCTV Administrator (Security Intelligence & Operations) at Ades Ventures Nigeria Limited

• The successful candidate will work closely with the CCTV Team, Store Managers, HR, Operations, and Management to maintain accurate security records, monitor operational performance, coordinate investigations, and produce intelligence reports that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily CCTV operational records and documentation.
• Coordinate daily shift reports from CCTV Officers.
• Maintain CCTV attendance and duty rosters.
• Monitor CCTV operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Ensure CCTV registers are updated accurately.
• Maintain Shoplifting Incident Registers.
• Track investigation progress and case status.
• Maintain evidence logs and investigation records.
• Coordinate investigation documentation.
• Ensure investigation files are securely stored.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly CCTV reports.
• Monitor theft trends across stores.
• Prepare management intelligence reports.
• Track repeat offenders and loss trends.
• Analyse operational performance metrics.
• Monitor escalation logs.
• Follow up on unresolved incidents.
• Coordinate with UK Store Managers.
• Liaise with Facewatch where required.
• Track incidents and response times.
• Maintain CCTV SOPs and operational manuals.
• Update departmental documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of security information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor CCTV system performance.
• Log network and camera faults.
• Escalate ICT issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment inventory.
• Track maintenance requests.
• Cross-Department Collaboration

Experience

1–3 years' experience in:

• CCTV Administration
• Security Operations
• Administrative Support
• Data Analysis
• Incident Reporting
• Operations Administration
• Experience within retail or loss prevention is an added advantage.
