    Sales Executive - Medical Equipment

    Job Overview

    • A Medical outfit in Lagos,is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team in the medical equipment industry.
    • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of high-quality medical devices and equipment to healthcare providers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.
    • Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals and procurement teams.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized product solutions.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively.
    • Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
    • Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to the management and product teams.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
    • Strong understanding of medical equipment, healthcare systems, and procurement processes.
    • Experience selling medical equipments is a plus
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
