About the Role

Ify Klozet is looking for a Sales/Customer Service Officer to be responsible for managing customer related activities in the organization. Duties will include customer relationship and sales conversion.

• Respond to customer inbound calls, online chats, and other sales enquiry.
• Attend to sales in maintaining customer relationships.
• Developing sales related content to engage customers and boost sales online.
• Managing of social media account
