- Must live within Ajah Sangotedo and Eleko Ibeju Lekki Lagos
- Must have a good sense off humour
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must have interest in Real Estate
- Must be able to use computer very well
- Must be able to make presentations
- Must be a very ambitous
