    Sales Associate - SMB

    The Sales Associate – SMB is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities within the small and medium-sized business segment. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect new SMB clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking
    • Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers
    • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
    • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve customer acquisition and retention
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SMB or B2B sales
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • High level of motivation, resilience, and goal orientation
