Responsibilities

• Drive credit product sales and meet set portfolio targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value clients.
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals.
• Analyze credit applications and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend credit limits and terms.
• Make informed credit decisions based on analysis and risk assessment.
• Monitor credit performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years proven experience in sales within financial services or commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit and Sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills.
