    Resort Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance of the resort. T
    • he role ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient day-to-day operations, revenue growth, and full compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and brand policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring high standards across accommodation, food & beverage, leisure, spa, and recreational facilities.
    • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and promptly resolving guest issues or complaints
    • Develop and manage the resort’s annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Monitor revenue streams and control operational costs to maximise profitability.
    • Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote the resort and increase market visibility.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, tour operators, and travel agencies.
    • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
    • Oversee maintenance of resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure safety and aesthetic standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, within a resort or hotel environment.
    • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Proven leadership and people management experience.
    • Excellent guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, POS, and operational reporting tools).
