The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance of the resort. T
he role ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient day-to-day operations, revenue growth, and full compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and brand policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring high standards across accommodation, food & beverage, leisure, spa, and recreational facilities.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and promptly resolving guest issues or complaints
Develop and manage the resort’s annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
Monitor revenue streams and control operational costs to maximise profitability.
Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote the resort and increase market visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, tour operators, and travel agencies.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Oversee maintenance of resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure safety and aesthetic standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, within a resort or hotel environment.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Excellent guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, POS, and operational reporting tools).
