General Manager at Benin Recreation Club

We are a reputable private members sports club and relaxation center in Benin City founded 1933,  seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the club’s operations, drive excellence in service delivery, and enhance the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the club including sports facilities, fitness center, F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, lounges), grounds, and administrative functions.
• Supervise staff and ensure high standards of service across all departments
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
• Develop strategies to grow membership and improve member satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with club policies and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality,  facility management or related fields.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Financial management experience and a service-oriented mindset
