Executive Assistant to the Group Executive Director
The Executive Assistant to the Group Executive Director will provide high-level executive, administrative, and strategic support to the Executive Director, enabling effective leadership, decision-making, and execution of group-wide priorities. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to interface confidently with senior executives, business units, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in an executive support, senior administrative, or coordination role supporting top management.

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis, modeling, visualization, and executive reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives confidently.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
