Health Writer at Nairametrics

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Health Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing health trends, policies, and data, and providing actionable insights that align with our goal of educating our audience on health-related financial matters. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct research and analysis on the health sector, including trends, policies, and economic impacts. 
• Prepare comprehensive reports and articles on health-related topics that influence financial decisions. 
• Collaborate with our editorial team to create content that educates our audience on health economics, healthcare investment, and related topics. 
• Monitor global and local health news, policy changes, and industry developments to identify and report on emerging trends. 
• Provide data-driven insights and forecasts on the health sector to support Nairametrics’ financial analysis and content creation. 
• Assist in developing strategies for expanding Nairametrics’ coverage in the health sector. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health analysis, health economics, or a related role. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex health data and trends. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Familiarity with health policies, regulations, and the economic aspects of the health sector. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
