Chief Security Officer (Pharmaceutical Operations – Outbound Goods Control) at Kayhelt Pharma

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Officer to oversee outbound goods security within a pharmaceutical environment. The role involves supervising security guards, verifying all pharmaceutical products leaving the premises, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Goods & Order Security

• Cross-check all pharmaceutical products leaving the facility against approved invoices, delivery notes, batch records, and waybills.
• Verify product names, batch numbers, quantities, and packaging integrity before dispatch.
• Ensure only authorized and released products exit the premises in line with QA approval.

Security Supervision

• Supervise security guards assigned to the premises.
• Ensure guards adhere strictly to pharmaceutical security protocols and SOPs.
• Monitor guard conduct and report breaches, negligence, or non-compliance.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate logs for dispatched goods, vehicles, and drivers.
• Ensure compliance of internal security requirements.
• Report discrepancies, damaged products, or suspected diversion immediately.

Asset Protection

• Prevent theft, diversion, contamination, or unauthorized movement of pharmaceutical products.
• Enforce controlled access to dispatch, warehouse, and loading areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND (additional certification is an advantage).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, warehouse, or regulated-environment security is preferred.
• Ability to read and verify pharmaceutical documentation.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong supervisory skills.
