    Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

    Job Objective

    • To support the wealth management strategy by cultivating and managing customers (within the assigned industry), exploring business opportunities, optimizing products and delivery channels to grow the private banking portfolio (value and size). 
    • Drive the provision of personalized banking services to both Emerging and Ultra High Net-worth Customers of the Bank by establishing great customer satisfaction and retention through various financial services offerings suitable for them.

    Accountabilities

    • Keep abreast of local and national economic, financial, and political events that may impact deposit liability generation and financing facilities.
    • Explore the business environment to identify, develop, and close business/sales opportunities within the target market.
    • Identify customers’ needs, proactively seek to provide products/services to meet such needs, and advise on appropriate selection of bank products.
    • Develop customer value propositions and drive the execution of Private Banking sales strategy, ensuring there is no knowledge gap, and that all business activities/processes are driven towards achieving business goals.
    • Ensure the delivery of a consistent and memorable customer experience/onboarding in the segment across all touchpoints to create stickiness, loyalty, and to revitalize inactive customers.
    • Drive growth in customer wallet share through cross-selling of products on existing accounts.
    • Understand the lifestyle needs of HNI customers, keep up to date with competition, and develop appropriate/customized products & services for them.
    • Provide advisory services to customers as well as capabilities that support their wealth management/investments.
