Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service and administrative roles
• Possess a good academic background in Management, Administration, or related fields
• Reside in Abuja (preferably close to our office)
• Have basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Be skilled in secretarial duties and office management
• Have experience in content creation and social media management
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
• Be well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Be ready to resume immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations
• Handle customer inquiries and client relations
• Maintain records, accounts, and documentation
• Support management with scheduling and reporting
• Manage social media and basic content creation
• Coordinate internal and external communications
