    Relationship Manager, Business Banking

    Job Objective

    • Promote the image and values of the Bank under existing environment/competition, and a growing emphasis on quality customer service to ensure overall performance/profitability of the branch and customer satisfaction.

    Accountabilities

    • Identify and market prospects within the target market.
    • Carry out deposit mobilization initiatives for Current & Savings Accounts (CASA) and Fixed Deposits Accounts.

    • To develop KPIs/business requirements aligned with the corporate objectives of the bank across all branches and units by collaborating with key stakeholders to design and develop simulation templates, enabling the sales team to proactively set SMART goals for desired profits and business performance.

    Educational Qualification and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
    • Must have a valid NYSC Certificate
    • Strong Business Analysis & Negotiation skills
    • Strong knowledge of finance
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
