Head - Performance Management & Analytics at The Alternative Bank

Job Objective

• To work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce KPIs/business requirements aligned to the corporate objectives of the bank, providing informational and strategic performance reports to support the achievement of the bank’s strategy and goals, and monitoring the bank’s budget.

Educational Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
• Must have a valid NYSC Certificate
• Strong Business Analysis & Negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of CBN Regulations, Analytical skills, Data management, IT appreciation and application, Knowledge of Global Best Practices, Relationship management, Budgeting, Conceptual modelling, Financial Modelling, Stakeholder management, Research Orientation.
