Chief Compliance Officer (Fintech) at Kadick Integrated Limited

We are seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to provide strategic leadership for regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, governance, and risk management across our fintech operations. The role will act as the principal point of contact with regulators and ensure full alignment with applicable laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the organization’s compliance strategy, policies, and governance framework
• Lead the AML/CFT function, including KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting
• Manage regulatory relationships, inspections, audits, and remediation of findings
• Oversee compliance monitoring, testing, investigations, and reporting to senior management and the Board
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection requirements and embed compliance into product development and operations
• Promote a strong compliance culture through regular training and awareness programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field (advanced degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or legal roles, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity within fintech or financial services
• Strong working knowledge of CBN regulations, AML/CFT frameworks, and data protection obligations
