Regional Sales Manager - North Central II (Kogi, Benue & Plateau) at BUA Foods

Objective

Lead commercial operations across the Southwest Region by driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering profitable results across our Flour, Pasta, Semolina, and Sugar portfolio through effective leadership of the Territory Sales Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Lead, and develop Territory Sales Officers to deliver exceptional performance.
• Expand distributor coverage, key accounts, wholesalers, and retail channels.
• Drive customer acquisition and strengthen existing
• customer relationships.
• Improve product availability, distribution, and in-market execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence.
• Ensure effective credit management and timely customer collections.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and commercial governance.

Qualification/Experience

• B.Sc. Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years' FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven success in distributor management and route-to-market execution.
