    Divisional HR Manager (Flour & Pasta Division)

    Objective

    To lead the Human Resources strategy and operations for the Flour & Pasta Division. The role serves as the strategic HR Business Partner to the Divisional Director and the Division's leadership team, driving workforce planning, employee engagement & effectiveness, performance management, community relations, and HR governance.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide support to the Division Director, GM, HR, and Group Head, HR.
    • Work with departments, assist line managers to understand policies and procedures.
    • Ensure cordial relationship is maintained with host community.
    • Co-ordinate the end-to-end employee recruitment and selection process in line with company policies. Onboard new hires (required documentation, medicals etc.) and co-ordinate induction processes to integrate new hires. Coordinate outsourcing operations with Labour Contractors. Provide timely and appropriate staff information for payroll administration (hires and leavers).
    • Oversee the running of the clinic (expenses (drugs etc), sick leave, ambulance management etc).
    • Oversee overall centralized HR administrative functions and Organization-wide change initiatives.

    Qualification / Experience

    • B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 8 years' progressive HR experience. Experience in FMCG or a large-scale manufacturing company.
    • Professional HR certifications (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).

    Head, Strategic Finance / Financial Controller

    The Head, Strategic Finance/Financial Controller leads financial control, statutory reporting, accounting, treasury controls, tax compliance, and financial governance, ensuring accurate IFRS-compliant reporting, regulatory compliance, strong controls, asset protection, and effective decision support.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Execute monthly, quarterly and annual close process and
    • provide standards compliant reports.
    • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage all reporting requirements, policies and procedures
    • Plan, organize and lead reporting activities
    • Oversee the consolidated financial closings, special
    • transactions, local currency and functional currency accounting processes.
    • Liaise with divisional heads of Finance for unusual transactions

    Objective

    Lead commercial operations across the Southwest Region by driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering profitable results across our Flour, Pasta, Semolina, and Sugar portfolio through effective leadership of the Territory Sales Officer.

    Objective

    The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing BUA Foods' digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, enhance online visibility, and support business growth across the Company's portfolio of brands. The role leverages digital platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies to deliver impactful, consumer-centric campaigns that align with the Company's commercial and brand objectives.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand goals. Planning, creating and optimizing annual digital plans, calendars and campaign roadmaps that meet KPIs across platforms.
    • Oversee external agencies, influencers and digital partners while managing the end-to-end campaign performance, budgeting, targeting, creative briefing and reporting.
    • Review and approve creative materials, campaign plans and digital deliverables Oversee company website performance, content updates and user experience
    • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented to improve visibility and rankings Monitor online reviews, brand mentions and customer sentiment.
