Regional Sales Business Analyst - Africa (ECOWAS, CEMAC, EA & SA)
The Regional Sales Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing sales performance across ECOWAS, CEMAC, East Africa, and Southern Africa regions. This role ensures effective utilization of the GTM (Sales Force Automation) tool to track secondary market sales, improve sales efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all sales personnel have clear volume targets and GTM objectives.
Analyze and report daily performance of individuals, teams, and customers against key indicators.
Strengthen GTM adoption and foster synergy within the sales team.
Utilize GTM to track the effectiveness of sales incentives and customer performance.
Provide technical support to GTM users to ensure optimal usage.
Organize and manage recognition programs such as “Best Sales Awards” aligned with SR incentives.
Monitor and enhance sales team performance through daily tracking.
Use GTM insights to drive continuous Route-to-Market (RTM) optimization.
Evaluate the performance of distribution channels and recommend improvements.
Customize GTM features to align with market dynamics and business needs.
Generate and share comprehensive reports with the Promasidor GTM team.
Ensure a minimum of 80% of sales transactions are captured on GTM monthly.
Drive continuous improvement in monthly sales performance.
Identify gaps in business operations and suggest new GTM features to address them.
Support the sales team by diagnosing and resolving system-related issues.
Conduct GTM training for all users at least twice a year and provide updated manuals.
Participate in Group Route-to-Market software testing and feature development.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst working with Sales Automation software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
Experience with GTM, CRM, or other Sales Force Automation tools.
Proficiency in English is required; French is an advantage.
Must have valid work authorization for the specified location.
