Regional Distribution Account Lead (Middle East and Africa)
Drive Digitization and Transformational Business models.
Own Regional Distributor relationships.
Set and Execute against Quarterly Invest budgets and Grow Targets.
Leverage Cisco network of contacts and resources.
Deliver QBRs and other key events.
Deliver against our sales goals and build strong internal and external relationships in service of an outstanding partner and customer experience.
Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.
Work with Cisco teams to ensure Distribution is appropriately prioritized, gaining support for marketing and channel investments, and optimizing our joint GTM approach to drive growth.
Use weekly team check-ins, metrics and data to continually assess both sales performance and talent performance/retention to fully understand underlying drivers and adjust course as needed.
Identifying new routes to markets.
Support the DAM community to Implement marketing and market development plans with assigned distributors to drive 2-Tier partner revenue.

You are ideal for this role if you have:
BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years sales experience and 2+ years leadership experience.
Demonstrated sales leadership ability in motivating teams, overachieving targets, and successfully working with a broad range of channel partners.
Exceptional communication skills, both in presenting to partners and collaborators, but also in reducing sophisticated ideas to simple language and rigorously prioritizing what and how to communicate across the organization to achieve results.
Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
A consistent track record of sales excellence in emerging markets will be highly valuable.
