    Recruitment Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with other HR professionals/HR Officers
    • Initiating disciplinary procedures·
    • Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts, HR strategy, and business management
    • Determining staff training needs
    • Onboarding new starters/new staff inductions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s with 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.·
    • Degree in Human Resources or any related course·
    • Good communication skills, knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.·
    • Work time and Days Monday to Friday (9 am to 5:30 pm)
