    Recruitment Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. 
    • In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various clients, from understanding job requirements to placing qualified candidates. 
    • The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, proactive, and results-driven.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle full-cycle recruitment across various roles and industries.
    • Source candidates through online platforms, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
    • Post job adverts and manage applications on job boards and social media.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine fit for client requirements.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with clients and candidates.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure hiring needs are met.
    • Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
    • Prepare candidate reports, offer letters, and follow up on placement outcomes.
    • Provide market insights and salary benchmarks when required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm or NYSC Corps member
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to source and engage top talent.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet recruitment deadlines.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or any ATS is a plus.
