We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles.
The Recruiter will support clients across various industries by identifying and attracting top talent and also support basic business development activities such as lead generation and client follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to onboarding
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct sourcing
Screen CVs and conduct interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Prepare and post job advertisements
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Provide regular recruitment reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Identify potential client leads
Support outreach to prospective clients
Assist in follow-ups and client relationship management
Support proposal preparation when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in recruitment and business development
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
Experience in lead generation and client engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
