    Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Officer)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
    • The ideal candidate must have solid experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles.
    • The Recruiter will support clients across various industries by identifying and attracting top talent and also support basic business development activities such as lead generation and client follow-up.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to onboarding
    • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct sourcing
    • Screen CVs and conduct interviews
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Prepare and post job advertisements
    • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
    • Provide regular recruitment reports
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Identify potential client leads
    • Support outreach to prospective clients
    • Assist in follow-ups and client relationship management
    • Support proposal preparation when required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in recruitment and business development
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
    • Experience in lead generation and client engagement
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
