    Sales Executive

    CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND LEAD GENERATION 

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking,  referrals, cold calling, and market research. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring referrals.
    • Prompt response to inquiries from clients about properties.

    MARKET KNOWLEDGE 

    • Stay updated on market trends, property, property availability, pricing and competitors.
    • Conduct presentations and property tours (real estate) to showcase products and service.

    SALES PROCESS MANAGEMENT

    • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to ensure timely conversion.
    • Assisting in organizing property sales events, showings, and promotional activities.

    ACHIEVE SALES TARGET 

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
