Role Description

• The Receptionist / Guest Service Agent (GSA) will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing phone calls, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and handling guest inquiries or complaints efficiently.
• Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, managing clerical tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and team members.
• This is a contract and on-site role located in Benin City, Edo State.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, including front desk operations and record management
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle high volumes of calls professionally
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as data entry, document handling, and office organization
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service to ensure positive guest experiences
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with guests and colleagues
• Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with basic office software
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or office management are advantageous
