Project Supervisor

• Possess concrete waterproofing and other waterproofing skill
• Possess quality skill in preparing tenders, proposals, bill of quantities and quotations.
•  Identify and diagnose defects in buildings
•  Possess the ability to take basic civil measurements
• Self-motivated and passionate about their work
• Meets with key clients; establish and maintain business relationships with key clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals (business conversion).
• Organizing sales visit and technical days.
• Identifying and establishing new business
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions of service.
• Execute project scope with little or supervision
• Ability to manage subordinates, adhoc and vendors
• Liaising with existing clients
• Providing product education and advice.
• Prepare and present project analysis and other reports.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Strong use of Microsoft Excel, PDF and PPT
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Aggressive ability in solving problems

A minimum of a degree in Building Engineering or Quantity Survey or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years field work  experience is required.
