Construction Project Manager – Road Construction at M-P Infrastructure Limited

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the delivery of major road construction projects from site establishment through execution to final handover.

The role carries full accountability for programme delivery, cost performance, quality assurance, HSE compliance, client management, and contract administration across large-scale infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary site teams, managing project schedules, driving construction execution, controlling project costs, and ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• B.Eng / B.Sc / HND in Civil Engineering
• COREN Registration is mandatory
• 15+ years’ experience in road or civil infrastructure project management
• Proven delivery of major road projects (5km+ or ₦500M+ value)
• Strong experience in programme management, site execution, and project controls
• Solid commercial awareness including variations, valuations, and EOT management
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
