As the Cashier / Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer transactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients, manage appointments, and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Process customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records using POS systems
Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash, card, and electronic transactions
Maintain accurate client records and ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in cashiering, front desk operations, customer service, or a similar role
Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic accounting principles
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
