    Product Marketing Manager, Acquisition and Ecosystem (MetaMask Institutional)

    You will work with two institutional focused brands:

    • MetaMask Institutional is the institution-compliant version of the world’s most trusted DeFi wallet, MetaMask. We offer organizations unrivaled access to DeFi with institution-required security, operational efficiency, or compliance. 
    • ConsenSys Codefi is the blockchain application suite powering Web3 businesses. We work with global enterprises and Web3 projects to digitize assets, strengthen decentralized networks, and secure the ​​Ethereum blockchain.

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about institutional DeFi and blockchain products.
    • As Product Marketing Manager, you will report to the Product Marketing Lead to support the planning, development, and execution of acquisition-focused product marketing initiatives for ConsenSys Codefi and MetaMask Institutional

    Responsibilities

    • Perform Market and Competitive Analysis
    • Contribute to the development of product positioning, core messaging, and product narratives
    • Direct multi-channel campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
    • Develop lead generation strategy across event, webinar, and partnership marketing channels
    • Lead ecosystem engagement initiatives and thought leadership across relevant channels
    • Align acquisition strategies with product roadmap and commercial objectives
    • Evaluate global events and negotiate sponsorships, speaking opportunities and participation
    • Develop webinar content and partnership strategy
    • Evaluate and manage paid partnership opportunities across external media outlets
    • Manage and optimize partnerships with industry associations and product partners
    • Collect market learnings across acquisition initiatives and own feedback loop with product and sales teams. Synthesize learnings to inform product roadmap priorities and pricing
    • Work with regional teams to adapt campaigns/materials to regional audiences
    • Define and report on key product marketing metrics 
    • On a daily basis, you will support the Product Marketing Lead in managing a cross-functional go-to-market team, including product, business development, and sales, to plan and execute the go-to-market strategy. You will help drive the user acquisition funnel in coordination with these teams and generate qualified leads for our enterprise sales teams.

    Requirements

    • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a product marketing role at a tech company, with a track record of outstanding achievements.
    • You have experience with enterprises and institutions as target user segments.
    • You have experience managing lead acquisition channels.
    • You have excellent listening, verbal, and written skills and are able to communicate effectively to a diverse audience with varying degrees of understanding of the ConsenSys products, blockchain, Ethereum, and decentralized finance. 
    • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams to make things happen.
    • You have experience gathering and understanding customers’ business needs. You have demonstrated a high level of ownership in the way that you work with others.
    • Ideally, you have experience working in a startup environment where you have had to wear many hats at a time (and those hats may change periodically). You also have experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment and being the connective tissue between many different teams and collaborators.
