We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead and grow the online presence of a financial services brand. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, strategic, and performance-focused, with a strong understanding of how to build, engage, and convert audiences through social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
• Create engaging content including graphics, captions, and short-form videos
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community
• Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth and engagement
• Support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Stay updated on trends and apply them effectively
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or sales-driven businesses is required
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Ability to analyze performance and improve results
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
• Content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Analytics tools (platform insights, basic reporting tools)
