Job Summary

The Product Analyst for MSME Instant Loan will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing loan products tailored for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This role involves conducting market research, analyzing product performance, understanding customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's success.

Job Details

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
2. Conduct research to understand market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
3. Track key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate product success. 
4. Prepare and present reports on product performance to stakeholders.
5. Work closely with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to support product development and improvement initiatives.
6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
7. Analyze user experience and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes to enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
8. Identify and address issues related to product performance, customer satisfaction, and market positioning. Develop solutions and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
2. 4-7 years of experience in product analysis, product management, or business analysis within the banking sector, specifically in MSME lending or related financial products.
3. Experience with financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and product lifecycle management in a banking context.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
