As a People Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources and culture initiatives.
Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team, you will ensure the seamless execution of HR processes, employee engagement programs, and operational excellence within the company.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and best practices.
Contribute to the development and execution of programs promoting employee wellness and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Contribute ideas and support the creation of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
Support HR audits, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR department, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR-related processes and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, law, or a related field.
ACIPM is required.
3+ years of experience in People Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in a Financial Services Firm is an added advantage
