    HR Manager

    Job Description

    • The HR Manager leads the organization’s human resources function by developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • This role oversees talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
    • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic guidance to management on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
    • Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development programs.
    • Handle complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.
    • Manage HR records, HR systems, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
    • Mentor and supervise HR team members, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement within the HR function.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an added advantage).
    • Proven experience in a senior HR role with people management responsibilities.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software.
    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management abilities.
    • Ability to align HR initiatives with business strategy.

    Experience:

    • 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2years in a managerial or leadership capacity, preferably within a media, advertising, or creative industry.
