Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Paypoint Officer to manage patient payments and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process patient payments (cash, POS, transfer, etc.).
• Issue receipts and ensure all payments match approved invoices or treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliation of collections and prepare reports.
• Safeguard cash and ensure compliance with company financial procedures.
• Respond to patient payment or billing inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in cashiering, payment processing, or finance roles.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payment systems.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
