    P&C Functional Support Associate

    POSITION PURPOSE

    • The P&C Functional Support Associate serves as a business advisor and partner to business leaders, aligning and implementing People & Culture strategies with organizational goals. The role will support the HR department in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.This role ensures operational efficiency while driving key P&C initiatives in collaboration with the P&C Director.

    Functional Skills

    • Reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance related to the daily management of employees, organizational diagnosis and labor law. Extensive knowledge of performance management.

    Main Areas of Responsibility
    Business Partnering

    • Collaborate with business leaders to recommend and implement P&C strategies with organizational objectives.
    • Provide expert advice on Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Learning & Development and Change Management.
    • Act as a trusted partner, supporting leaders in creating high-performing teams.

    Talent Management

    • Drive and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Support performance management processes, ensuring clear expectations, regular feedback, and career development.
    • Facilitate WG4 succession planning, functional and leadership development initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the P&C Director and P&C team on HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and systems.

    Employee Engagement and Culture

    • Co-Champion company culture and ensure alignment with core values.
    • Support the implementation of employee engagement strategies, including surveys, action plans, and recognition programs.
    • Mediate employee relations issues and provide guidance on resolution.
    • Promote DEI principles across the organization.

    Policy and Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
    • Provide guidance on complex employee relations and disciplinary matters.

    Learning and Development

    • Identify training needs and collaborate with the P&C team to design and deliver development programs.
    • Support managers and employees in building skills and competencies aligned with business goals.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.

    Data, Analytics & AI

    • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends in recruitment, attrition, and employee engagement.
    • Support the use of HR analytics dashboards and AI-driven tools for workforce planning and talent insights.
    • Assist in implementing predictive analytics for attrition risk and performance improvement.
    • Ensure ethical use of AI tools in HR processes, maintaining transparency and compliance with global standards.
