    Operations Officer

    Job Overview

    • The Operations Officer will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with our business goals.
    • You will oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, and finance, while managing relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
    • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving both short-term and long-term growth initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals. Identify short-term performance growth targets and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
    • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across key departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring smooth execution of business activities and optimization of processes
    • Business Planning: Create and execute detailed business plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive company growth
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and report business performance metrics to the CEO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making
    • Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and key clients to enhance service delivery and support strategic partnerships
    • Team Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all teams

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in the beauty or consumer products industry
    • Strong understanding of core business functions, including marketing, sales, and finance
    • Excellent strategic planning, business development, and operational management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience in creating and implementing business plans, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to executive leadership
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
