The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion while building and managing high-performing marketing and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute Atuspay’s overall marketing and growth strategy.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion initiatives.
• Position Atuspay as a leading fintech brand in the market.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Marketing & Growth

• Lead brand management, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
• Manage performance marketing, growth analytics, and customer funnels.
• Supervise social media, content, and brand communications.

Business Development

• Drive partnerships and business growth opportunities.
• Oversee investment-related marketing initiatives (savings, FDR, DPS).
• Support expansion strategies and market penetration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product adoption.

Team Leadership

• Manage the Marketing, Growth, and Business Development teams.
• Supervise Social Media, Digital Marketing, Growth Analytics, and Investment Operations units.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance, ROI, and user growth metrics.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.
• Use data-driven insights to improve acquisition and retention strategies.
