    Brand Strategist

    Core Responsibilities

    • Market & Consumer Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
    • Brand Positioning: Define a brand’s unique value, including its mission, vision, voice, and personality, to differentiate it in the market.
    • Identity Development: Establish brand guidelines and standards for visual identity (logos, colors) and verbal identity (slogans, tone of voice).
    • Strategic Planning: Create long-term plans for brand communication across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative teams (designers, writers) to translate strategies into actionable creative briefs for marketing campaigns.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor brand metrics, such as awareness and sentiment, using data to adjust strategies for better growth and impact.
    • Consistency Management: Ensure all brand messaging and visuals remain consistent across all customer touchpoints and internal communications.

    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure raw materials are available and issued correctly before production.
    • Monitor production output and report variances.
    • Support supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
    • Ensure adherence to food safety standards (HACCP principles, GMP).
    • Monitor hygiene practices of production staff.
    • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas.

    Job Description

    • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
    • Monitor raw material costs, production costs, and overhead expenses.
    • Conduct product costing and margin analysis.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
    • Work closely with production and procurement teams to control wastage.
    • Prepare monthly management reports.
    • Monitor the day- to-day financial operations of the organization.
    • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, comments on financial statements.
    • Controls inventory and purchase of all production items supplied.
    • Develop creative ways to save cost for the company.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Footage Review & Selection: Review raw material to identify the best, most relevant shots and create a shot list.
    • Editing and Sequencing: Trim, split, and organize footage into a logical, engaging sequence that tells a coherent story.
    • Post-Production Enhancement: Add graphics, animations, special effects, transitions, and text to enhance visual quality.
    • Audio Engineering: Incorporate and sync audio, including dialogue, sound effects, music, and voiceovers, ensuring high-quality sound.
    • Color and Quality Control: Perform color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency.
    • Collaboration & Revisions: Consult with directors, producers, or clients to understand the project vision and implement feedback for final cuts.
    • Technical Optimization: Optimize final videos for different platforms (e.g., social media vs. broadcast) and ensure proper formatting.
