Operations Manager at Karferry Limited

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are available and issued correctly before production.
• Monitor production output and report variances.
• Support supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards (HACCP principles, GMP).
• Monitor hygiene practices of production staff.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas.
• Report any contamination risks immediately.
• Track raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Assist with stock counts and reconciliation.
• Assist in monitoring product quality during production.
• Ensure proper labelling and packaging standards are followed.
• Document quality checks and production logs accurately.
• Monitor temperature levels of chillers, freezers, and storage rooms.
• Report temperature deviations immediately.
• Ensure finished goods are stored properly to maintain freshness.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
