    Finance Administrator

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Administrator to support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company financial procedures.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent numerical skills, and experience using accounting software.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Journalize financial transactions using accounting software (Xero).
    • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and financial record reviews to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
    • Compute and analyze barge operational data for financial reporting purposes.
    • Prepare and issue detailed customer receipts for financial transactions.
    • Review payment vouchers against bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in preparing and monitoring monthly direct costs.
    • Review and verify invoices before processing.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
    • Support the Finance Manager with routine financial reporting and administrative tasks.
    • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
    • 2–4 years experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
    • Experience using Xero Accounting Software is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Relevant professional qualifications (ICAN, ACCA, ATS, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to reconcile financial records accurately and identify discrepancies.
    • Good understanding of financial controls and accounting procedures.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • To work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Export & Warehouse Team Lead

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export & Warehouse Team Lead to oversee warehouse operations and export stuffing activities.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless export operations, optimal warehouse utilization, and excellent customer service while leading a high-performing operations team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily warehouse and export stuffing operations.
    • Manage inventory receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch while maintaining high inventory accuracy.
    • Coordinate export stuffing activities and ensure timely loading of export containers.
    • Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse processes, policies, and security procedures.
    • Review MSDS documentation and ensure appropriate storage conditions for incoming cargo.
    • Liaise with customers to ensure efficient truck unloading and container stuffing.
    • Monitor the movement of empty and stuffed containers within the terminal.
    • Ensure all stuffed containers are properly sealed before dispatch.
    • Oversee weighbridge activities and promptly resolve operational discrepancies.
    • Prepare and submit daily stuffing, weighbridge, inventory, and incident reports.
    • Lead and coordinate warehouse supervisors, equipment operators, labour personnel, and customer representatives.
    • Drive continuous improvements in warehouse productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in warehouse management, export operations, logistics, or container terminal operations.
    • Professional certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Export Operations, or Project Management are an added advantage.
    • Proven experience leading warehouse teams and managing export operations.
    • Sound knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and container terminal operations.
    • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and preparing operational reports.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective working relationships.
    • High level of attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
